Q6500050: The ActiveXperts Network Monitor Engine service fails to start. How do I know the reason for that?

Please check the Event Log for more details. Look for the 'AxNmSvc' Event Source. Most probably, you have passed the wrong credentials to the ActiveXperts Network Monitor Engine service. Use the services control applet to change these credentials. Be sure that this account had local administrator rights on the server where the Network Monitor service is be running.
