First, make sure you've tried WMIC. See FAQ #7000010.
If that doesn't help you out, please try the Process Diagnostic Tool. You can launch it from the ActiveXperts Manager's menu:
Tools->Diagnostic Tools->Process Diagnostic Tool
The tool generates a log file. Please send the log to support@activexperts.com.
