The IP-to-Country database is stored as a data segment inside the ActiveXperts Network Component core component: AxNetwork32.dll. The IP-to-Country data doesn't change often. However, to make sure you make use of the latest IP-to-Country database, you can download Network Component's core component (AxNetwork32.dll) at any time to make sure that the IP-to-Country data is up-to-date.
