Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging Auto Attendant Performance counters

There are many performance counters that can be used to maintain and troubleshoot a Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Unified Messaging (UM) server. Unified Messaging performance counters are used to measure quantities of information or data for Unified Messaging based on the number, size, duration, and rate of data that's being requested or received. The MSExchangeUMAutoAttendant performance object can contain multiple instances. The number of instances for the performance object depends on the number of UM auto attendants that are created in the Exchange organization. Object: MSExchangeUMAutoAttendant

Counter Name Description
Counter Name: % Successful Calls Description: % Successful Calls calculates the success rate of the auto attendant.
Counter Name: Ambiguous Name Transfers Description: Ambiguous Name Transfers is the number of times that callers were transferred to the operator because the name that they spelled or spoke was too common in the search results.
Counter Name: Average Call Time Description: Average Call Time is the average length of time that callers interacted with the auto attendant.
Counter Name: Average Recent Call Time Description: Average Recent Call Time is the average length of time, in seconds, of the last 50 auto attendant calls.
Counter Name: Business Hours Calls Description: Business Hours Calls is the number of calls processed by this auto attendant during business hours.
Counter Name: Calls Disconnected by UM on Irrecoverable External Error Description: Calls Disconnected by UM on Irrecoverable External Error is the total number of calls that were disconnected after an irrecoverable external error occurred.
Counter Name: Calls with DTMF fallback Description: Calls with DTMF fallback is the number of calls to this auto attendant during which a caller has been passed to the DTMF fallback auto attendant. This only happens for speech-enabled auto attendants.
Counter Name: Calls with Sent Message Description: Calls with Sent Message is the number of calls to this auto attendant in which a caller has sent a voice message.
Counter Name: Calls with Speech Input Description: Calls with Speech Input is the total number of calls during which the caller is determined to have spoken at least once.
Counter Name: Calls with Spoken Name Description: Calls with Spoken Name is the number of calls to this auto attendant during which a caller has spoken a name at least once.
Counter Name: Custom Menu Options Description: Custom Menu Options is the number of times that callers have selected custom menu options.
Counter Name: Directory Accessed Description: Directory Accessed is the number of directory access operations performed by this auto attendant.
Counter Name: Directory Accessed by Dial by Name Description: Directory Accessed by Dial by Name is the number of directory access operations in which the subscriber used the Dial by Name feature.
Counter Name: Directory Accessed by Extension Description: Directory Accessed by Extension is the number of directory access operations in which the user supplied the extension number.
Counter Name: Directory Accessed by Spoken Name Description: Directory Accessed by Spoken Name is the number of directory access operations in which the subscriber spoke a recipient name.
Counter Name: Directory Accessed Successfully by Dial by Name Directory Accessed Successfully by Spoken Name Description: Directory Accessed Successfully by Dial by Name is the number of successful directory access operations in which the caller used the Dial by Name feature.
Counter Name: Directory Accessed Successfully by Spoken Name Description: Directory Accessed Successfully by Spoken Name is the number of successful directory access operations in which the caller spoke a recipient name.
Counter Name: Disallowed Transfers Description: Disallowed Transfers is the number of times a caller was transferred to the operator because the user they identified was configured to accept calls only from users who are logged on.
Counter Name: Disconnected Without Input Description: Disconnected Without Input is the number of calls that were dropped without input being offered in response to the auto attendant prompts.
Counter Name: Menu Option 1 Used Description: Menu Option 1 Used is the number of times that a caller has chosen option 1 from the custom menu. This value is always zero if no menu or option is defined.
Counter Name: Menu Option 2 Used Description: Menu Option 2 Used is the number of times that a caller has chosen option 1 from the custom menu. This value is always zero if no menu or option is defined.
Counter Name: Menu Option 3 Used Description: Menu Option 3 Used is the number of times that a caller has chosen option 1 from the custom menu. This value is always zero if no menu or option is defined.
Counter Name: Menu Option 4 Used Description: Menu Option 4 Used is the number of times that a caller has chosen option 1 from the custom menu. This value is always zero if no menu or option is defined.
Counter Name: Menu Option 5 Used Description: Menu Option 5 Used is the number of times that a caller has chosen option 1 from the custom menu.
Counter Name: Menu Option 6 Used Description: Menu Option 6 Used is the number of times that a caller has chosen option 1 from the custom menu.
Counter Name: Menu Option 7 Used Description: Menu Option 7 Used is the number of times that a caller has chosen option 1 from the custom menu. This value is always zero if no menu or option is defined.
Counter Name: Menu Option 8 Used Description: Menu Option 8 Used is the number of times that a caller has chosen option 1 from the custom menu. This value is always zero if no menu or option is defined.
Counter Name: Menu Option 9 Used Description: Menu Option 9 Used is the number of times that a caller has chosen option 1 from the custom menu. This value is always zero if no menu or option is defined.
Counter Name: Menu Option Timed Out Description: Menu Option Timed Out is the number of times that the system has timed out while waiting for a caller to select an option from the custom menu. This value is always zero if no menu is defined.
Counter Name: Operator Transfers Description: Operator Transfers is the number of calls that have been transferred to the operator.
Counter Name: Operator Transfers Requested by User Description: Operator Transfers Requested by User is the number of times that a caller to this auto attendant has asked to be transferred to an operator.
Counter Name: Operator Transfers Requested by User from Opening Menu Description: Operator Transfers Requested by User from Opening Menu is the number of times that a caller to this auto attendant has asked to be transferred to an operator while at the opening menu.
Counter Name: Out of Hours Calls Description: Out of Hours Calls is the number of calls processed by this auto attendant outside of business hours.
Counter Name: Sent to Auto Attendant Description: Sent to Auto Attendant is the number of times that a caller to this auto attendant has used the custom menu to go to an auto attendant.
Counter Name: Total Calls Description: Total Calls is the number of calls that have been processed by this auto attendant.
Counter Name: Transferred Count Description: Transferred Count is the number of calls that were transferred by this auto attendant. This number does not include calls that were transferred by the operator.
