Maintenance
ActiveXperts' Maintenance Agreement entitles customers to use ActiveXperts's technical support services,
and to receive all product upgrades, free of charge, during a specified Agreement duration.
The Maintenance Agreement applies to all ActiveXperts products.
During the first year after purchase, Maintenance is free. This applies to all ActiveXperts products.
Customers choose between one-year (free), two-year and three-years Maintenance Agreement periods.
Renewals that come in after the maintenance has expired will be backdated to start from the old expiry date. Also, you are only able to get Technical Support and Software Maintenance when your support contract is valid.

ActiveXperts Resellers Program
What is ActiveXperts Resellers Program?
Selling products online by allowing customers to download software files directly from your web site.
Customers activate their ActiveXperts product with a valid serial number.
You purchase these numbers from us at a discounted price, and you then deliver them to your customers.
ActiveXperts Resellers Program Benefits
ActiveXperts Resellers Program Benefits:
- Profit margins. All our ActiveXperts Software is available to our resellers at a discount off the list price;
- Offer extra services, like product installation and training at the customer's site;
- Draw more customers to your site.
How does it work ?
Once you are approved as an ActiveXperts Reseller you will be provided with information to login to our ActiveXperts Reseller website. This will allow you to:
- Order serial numbers for all available ActiveXperts products;
- Download current copies of all trial versions and updates, as well as software reserved to our registered customers.
Once you receive payment from your customer, you
- Logon to the ActiveXperts Resellers page;
- Order the product at a discounted price;
- Receive a serial number autmatically after the transactions has been processed (it normally takes less than a minute);
- Provide the customers with the serial number you recveived from ActiveXperts;
- Your customer activates the software using the registration code provided.
Technical Support
You can provide technical support directly to your customers, or your customers can contact us directly.
ActiveXperts Software provides free support to all customers for one year after the purchase.
After one year, a maintenance agreement is required for support and upgrades.
