The AVTech Room Alert 4E monitor is AVTECH's compact hardware solution for 'Temperature and Facilities Environment Monitoring... Made Easy'. The Room Alert 4E has one internal temperature sensor and three external ports: two external digital ports and one external switch port.

Power Adapter
The AVTech Room Alert 4E has no PoE (Power over Ethernet) capabilities. It is powered in the following way:

The AVTech Room Alert 4E has 1 Ethernet Port and has NO WiFi capabilities:
- Ethernet RJ45 Port
Sensor Ports
The AVTech Room Alert 4E device has four ports: one internal port (invisible), two RJ11 digital ports and one switch port:
- 1 Internal Port (not visible) with a Digital Temperature Sensor (always included)
- 2 External RJ11 Digital Ports to attach two of the following digital sensors:
- Temperature Indoor Sensor (25/50/100 ft) AND/OR
- Temperature Outdoor Sensor (25/50/100 ft) AND/OR
- Humidity Sensor (25/50/100 ft) AND/OR
- Combined Power/Internal-Temperature Sensor (10/25/50/100 ft) AND/OR
- Flood Sensor (8/24/50/100 ft) AND/OR
- Fluid Temperature Sensor (25/50/100 ft) AND/OR
- Current Loop Power Sensor (up to 50 Ampere or up to 50 250A) -
1 External Switch Port to connect one of the following switch sensors:
- Room Entry OR
- Airflow OR
- Motion OR
- Water Tank Level OR
- Fuel Tank Level OR
- Smoke Sensor OR
- Room Entry Sensor
NOTE: All analog and switch sensors are connected by 2 copper cables and can be easily extended yourself.
