Logoff.exe - Windows 2000 Resource Kit Utility

This tool is used to log a user off from the command prompt. Use LogOff in unattended installation routines to automate ending the current user session. In combination with the autologon registry settings, LogOff enables your script to log on, perform some task such as installation, and log off without user intervention.
