SMS Messaging Server Manager

  • Use the Manager to view SMS/e-mail messages and make changes to the settings.

  • Use the Monitor application to view activity of the background services and processes.

  • Use 'triggers' (VBScript/.NET) to process incoming messages and generate replies.

Create New Message

  • Create new SMS/e-mail message(s) manually, using the Manager.

  • Create new message(s) automatically using a script (VBScript, .NET).

  • Bulk Wizard Step 1 - Select Message Type.

  • Bulk Wizard Step 2 - Select Data Source.

  • Bulk Wizard Step 3 - Select Data Column(s) and Row(s).

Communication Channels

Projects

  • Use a Project to implement a business case. Many sample projects are included.

  • Projects can have multiple triggers, to process incoming messages.

  • Use the Project Wizard to create your custom project.

  • In the Project Wizard, give a 'name' and a 'description' for your project.

  • Project Triggers are created automatically.

Database

  • Messages are stored in a database, e.g.:MS SQL, MySQL or MS Access.

  • MS SQL Migration Wizard. Tables and indexes are created, all messages are copied.

  • MS SQL authentication using SMS Messaging Server.
