ActiveXperts announces support for humidity and wetness monitoring in ActiveXperts Network Monitor 5.5

10/04/2004 - ActiveXperts Software, a world leader in network monitoring products and services, announces integration of humidity and wetness monitoring in its ActiveXperts Network Monitor product. Humidity and wetness monitoring will be part of version 5.5 of ActiveXperts Network Monitor, and will be released on October 27, 2004. The current version of ActiveXperts Network Monitor (version 5.4) is already capable of monitoring temperatures.

ActiveXperts Network Monitor requires the EM1 Environmental Monitoring device from Sensatronics to monitor temperature, humidity and wetness. This is an Ethernet device so it can be located anywhere on the network. It accepts inputs from up to four sensors, which may be mounted closely on the unit or remotely (up to 300 feet away). ActiveXperts can monitor up to 4 sets of temperature, humidity and wetness probes.

ActiveXperts will offer a special bundle price for ActiveXperts Network Monitor and a Sensatronics EM1 device. Details will be avaialble after the launch of ActiveXperts Network Monitor 5.5 on October 27th, 2004.
Founded over 15 years ago, Sensatronics quickly developed the reputation as the vendor of choice if your future depends upon monitoring the environment. The United States National Weather Service, Scientific and Medical Labs, Mount Everest researchers, and cooperative observers everywhere depend upon Sensatronics Instruments.

Servers, storage, server rooms, networking and telephone closets, warehouses, freezers, restaurants, and a host of other business critical areas are all monitored by Sensatronics products.
