ActiveXperts SendSMS - Freeware Utility
ActiveXperts SendSMS is a small freeware utility that allows you to send SMS messages using a GSM modem or a mobile phone attached to your computer.
You can run the application as a Forms application (with a graphical user interface) or from the command line without user intervention.
ActiveXperts SendSMS uses ActiveXperts Mobile Messaging Toolkit for its SMS communications.

How to use ActiveXperts SendSMS (GUI)
First of all, make sure you have your GSM modem connect to your computer and the driver installed. Also, make sure you have a SIM card inserted in the SIM slot of the GSM modem.
- From the 'Device' field, select your GSM modem
- If your SIM card is PIN protected, enter the code in the 'Pincode' field. If your SIM card is not PIN protected, leave the field blank
- If your SIM card is PIN protected, enter the code in the 'Pincode' field. If your SIM card is not PIN protected, leave the field blank
- In the 'To' field, enter the recipient's telephone number
- In the 'Body' field, enter the SMS message text. Please note that a single SMS message consists of max. 160 character. If you exceed 160 characters, the SMS will be sent as multi-part
- Set the 'Unicode' flag in case the 'Body' field is formatted as Unicode (e.g.: Chinese)
- Enable the 'Log' flag in case you want all operations to be logged to a text file, specified by the 'Logfile' field
How to use ActiveXperts SendSMS (CLI)
You can run this application through a command line interface (CLI), to do so start the program from the command line. A list of parameters will be displayed.
